Returns

Note: All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Returns are only accepted for defective products (e.g., torn items).

Mpreet ensures defect-free delivery. We do not take title to any returned items unless they are physically received by us.

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Late notifications do not qualify for returns unless covered under product warranty.

Important: No returns for color mismatch, size preferences, or change of mind. Credit notes will be issued in place of refunds.

Alterations due to size will be entertained at extra cost. Customer bears all shipping expenses related to alterations.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status via email. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at meharrbyimpreet@gmail.com.


Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us for the return address.

Note: Customers bear the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
